First Snow of the Winter!

Well, the first snow of the winter is here in my area of Nova Scotia.....and Humdrum has her winter boots on.

(Taken with my crappy Canon point-and-shoot as I didn’t want to take my Nikon DSLR out in the snow!)

I like snow. :)

We got some back around thanksgiving but then it got way warm and it went away. It’s cooled off again now and it looks like we’re getting more over the next couple days. So excited.

Here in northwestern Quebec it started last weekend. We already have about 2-3 feet of snow. I had to plow my yard 3 times so far.

The snow that was building up this morning was very wet snow...the weather’s mostly all changed back to rain now, so what you see in that pic is pretty much already gone... :(
